上海弗列加滤清器有限公司成立于1994年，由东风汽车零部件（集团）有限公司和康明斯（中国）投资有限公司合资。公司坐落在日新月异的浦东新区，厂房建筑面积14300平米。

上海弗列加滤清器有限公司是中国最优质的滤清器制造商，专业生产车用、发动机用滤清产品，是中国首批获得国际质量认证的滤清器生产厂家之一，先后于1997年3月获得ISO-9001质量认证，1998年3月获得QS-9000质量认证，2003年10月获得TS16949（2002版）质量认证，2010年1月获得TS16949（2009版）质量认证。同时，上海弗列加高度重视生产环境安全和健康，得到了环境安全职业健康管理体系的认可，并于2004年12月获得ISO14001环境认证，2009年6月获得OHSAS18001环境认证。

Established in 1994, 14,300 square meters in area, advantageously located in Shanghai, China, Shanghai Fleetguard Filter Co., Ltd. is China’s most advanced filter provider, dedicated in manufacturing filters broadly used in on-highway and off-highway applications. It is a joint venture between Dongfeng Motor Parts & Components (Group) Co., Ltd. and Cummins (China) Investment Co., Ltd.

Shanghai Fleetguard is a technology driven company that achieved ISO-9001 quality certification in Mar 1997, QS-9000 quality certification in Mar 1998, TS16949 (2002) quality certification in Oct 2003, TS16949 (2009) quality certification in Jan 2010, ISO14001 environment certification in Dec 2004 and OHSAS18001 environment certification in Jun 2009.
